Personal data we process. Through the reservation form on this website, your name, phone number, email, requested treatment, preferred date, and optional notes are prepared and sent to us as a WhatsApp message. We do not request identity documents at reception; the guest book records first name and phone only.

Purpose. We use your data to confirm your appointment, contact you, take payment, deliver the service, and follow up afterwards. Marketing contact is only made with your explicit consent.

Retention. Personal data submitted with reservation requests is retained for twenty-four months from the last interaction, then deleted or anonymized.

Sharing. Data is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations and the technical infrastructure needed for WhatsApp communication. No transfer outside of Turkey occurs without explicit consent.

Your rights (KVKK Article 11). You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, and port your personal data. Send your request to info@museandlife.com.
